2014/09/03

Work up to a heavy double on front squats. 
Got up to 305. Really struggled with that set, but grunted it out. That's a new volume PR for front squats.

6 Hand Stand Push Ups
9 Overhead Squats @95lbs
Just finished four rounds with the clock. Shoulders are on fire.
